Welcome to Barker Brix
General
To ensure timely processing of orders, multiple lots of the same condition (i.e: new or used) may be packed into a single bag
- Minifigs will always be bagged individually.
- We will endeavour to make it as easy as possible to sort pieces by not combining similar pieces where possible
Condition of parts
NEW
New means parts that have been taken from original LEGO packaging for inventory management. These parts are not used for building. They might still show some faint scratches because of movement over each other in the original packaging.
USED
Parts have been unpacked and built with. Parts may have light scratches and playwear.. No toothmarks. Notes will be provided on all parts with heavy wear or marking.
Most orders will be processed within 3 business days of payment (often sooner)
- Larger orders may take longer
- Minifig accessories not included, unless otherwise specified or included in corresponding Brickowl minifig inventory
- All items are handled in a pet and tobacco smoke free environment
- If you are unsure of how much your order total will be, please ask for a quote
- While all care is taken when counting stock, some inventory errors may occur. If items you order are out of stock, you will be compensated to the value of the missing items by your choice of either store credit, refund or alternative items.
- If you have a coupon that has expired and wish to use it, please let us know and we'll extend it (we don't believe in putting a time limit on store credit)
- If you have any issues with your order whatsoever, please let us know before leaving feedback, and we will do whatever we can to make it right
Payment
- All prices are in Australian Dollars
- Payments via PayPal, Stripe, Bank transfer or Cash on Collection
- Orders are usually sent within 3 business days of payment clearing, however large orders over 50 lots may take longer
